TUITION FEE
Estonian Schools charge a range of €1600 to €7500 as tuition fees (cheap, isn’t it?)

ENGLISH LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Estonian Schools will either ask for a valid English Test Certificate or waive it if your previous education was taught in English. It can also be waived if your school assess your English during interview or Essay.

INTAKES
Schools MOSTLY have one intake in a year which is starting in Autumn (September) or August ending.

HOW TO APPLY
You can apply to schools directly or through DREAMAPPLY. On DREAMAPPLY, you can apply for up to two programs in one school and upto five schools generally which makes it a total of 10 programs.

WORK & STUDY IN ESTONIA
Unlike some other countries, International students are allowed to work in ESTONIA without a separate work permit and they can work for as many hours as possible as long as it does not disturb their studies.

CAN I COME WITH MY SPOUSE?
Yes, you can come with your spouse to Estonia if you’re on a Masters or Doctoral program. Your spouse will need to apply for Residence Permit for settling with a spouse.

LIVING COST
living cost without housing is between €300-€600 without housing,
Housing can be between €150-€750 depending on wether you’re using student dormitories or private flat.

POST-GRADUATION WORK PERMIT (PGWP)
You are allowed to stay an additional 9 months in Estonia to look for job (with the permission of your University).

ESTONIAN STUDENT VISA APPLICATION
Apply for a Type D visa, and if your course runs more than 12 months; you’ll also need to apply for the Temporary Residence Permit. You can apply for the TRP at the same time with your Type D or after arrival.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED
A duly filled ONLINE APPLICATION FORM. Don’t be surprised when you see the symbol of the embassy of Belgium. The Belgian embassy handles all Estonia visa applications.

INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT with 3 months post study validity (it must still be valid 3 months after your study).

LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE from a University/College/Institute.

TWO PASSPORT PHOTOs with stated requirement.

A COVER LETTER stating why you want to study in Estonia.

PROOF OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS
Six(6) months BANK STATEMENT from your Bank or that of your sponsor showing sufficient funds of your tuition balance and living expenses.

A valid Schengen MEDICAL INSURANCE COVER worth €30,000 in value.

A valid FLIGHT TICKET RESERVATION indicating flight number as well as departure and return date.

A PROOF of accommodation.

If YOU ARE EMPLOYED and are going to be taking a short course, you must provide your payslips for at least the past four months and a leave permit from your current employer. You may include your Tax Identification Number as well.

SUBMIT ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS at VFS
VFS Global limited is a visa application centre with offices in Lagos and Abuja that has a third-party agreement with the Belgian embassy. Through VFS, the Belgian embassy collects and processes Estonia visa applications in Nigeria.
